Well, finally have the offer on our house buttoned up so we are officially leaving Texas on 6/30. For those i don't interact with offline, I got an opportunity with work to transfer to our sister company which is based in Draper, Utah (just south of Salt Lake). With no kids it was a fairly easy decision to make.

We plan on getting a place in Park City - which is about 30 mins from the airport, 15 mins from SLC, and 40 mins from work. It also happens to be conveniently located with 400...

I thought I couldn't go up tomorrow, but plans just changed. Work Day Planner is approved by the FS Geshtapo. Let's do 2 laps of the new stuff. First lap, I'll stop to make a record of a few things like downed trees, other issues, second lap, full speed ahead. Yeah baybee.

Circuit of the Americas is open to all bike riders every Tuesday through July. 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM but they really don't chase you out until it is too dark to see. Beers and pizza after at little stand track side. About 4.7 miles per lap, one really decent hill, and lots women and kids riding. Some pretty cool tire marks from crashes on the track, and one perfect impression of a tire on the infield wall. $20 day of - and $15 if you sign up before via bikereg.com

Haven't heard anything new about Double lakes. Which trails are considered Double lake and which are national forest?? Shouldn't we be able to ride in the national forest?? Sure missing it.

Come out down and ride the Sugar Land trail system with us. Route will be dependent on weather and trail conditions. Cullinan may or may not be dry by then. If not, we'll just stick to the river side trails.

When: 8:00am
Where: Sugar Land Memorial Park (Kite fest moved down the street)

Meet at 08:20 at Brindley Trail at Sugar Land Memorial Park, or there's usually a group that rolls from the shop at 08:00. Do some loops at the new and improved Brindley. Usually a few people that hit some of the other trails after also.

No mechanicals/flats allowed.

- 6:00 : Oyster Creek : out and back
- 7:00 : Bear Creek Dam
- 8:00 : Cypress Wood
- 9:30 : Cypress Creek (both sides)
