Apparently it's a known problem. If you submit a trouble ticket via vgear, they'll most likely have you send the jerseys back in to get the zippers replaced. I just sent mine in last week, hoping to have them back soon.

I was 20 miles from home when the zipper blew apart from the bottom. I must have looked like a bicycle gansta' with the top of my jersey closed and the bottom flapping in the wind. After I stopped and dicked with it for about 15 minutes I got too frustrated and just rode with one hand and held the bottom closed. It was a short ride into the Valero parking lot. I went inside and asked if I could use the stapler. The guy looked at me funny. I said I'm not going anywhere with it, I'll be right here. So he handed it to me and I stapled it about a dozen times to hold it closed. Made it home.
hah I put the jersey on out at RHR one weekend and BAM, I was in a Vato Racing Kit!!! Luckily I had a spare
