Comes with the bike. Bars are cut narrow and setup low. Have 1/2 riser NEXT bar cut wider and taller and will swap out. Have several lite stems at 90mm and 70mm if you want to swap out Notes: BB and hub bearings spin smooth no notching Needs new rims soon. Both got bumps in them from hard racing. If over 180lbs, strongly recommend upgrading rims to stronger set Stem is ungly. All the paint is rubbed off form mounting Garmin Fork has some minor scratches and wear marks
