Since it's cross season I thought tonight's workout should be representative of the stresses i experienced Saturday. TMAX seemed to fit the bill. 2min on - 4 min off, 10 minutes between sets. Only 6 of these little 2 minute efforts total.
Wow, great stuff Don, it's always impressive to see your power figures. My FTP on trainer road is currently set at a paltry 275... which is probably a little overstated.
Had the day off, so in between errands I played a quick game of "torque the pedals." 45sec on 3 minutes recovery between. Tried to do 8, started fading a little on the 5th and decided I was done for the day. I would not have finished a 6th so need to dig a bigger recovery hole than the 5 had already dug. 170% FTP for 45sec.
